2022 Gross Income

Explanation

2022 was a good and profitable year as I was able to work many events and open the calendar for just about every month. Many bookings occurred due to keeping the calendar open allowing clients to book throughout the year.

I could have done even more business, but as I do this alone, I blocked off some weekends and holidays for time off and travel. This was based on part-time hours of around 5-10 hours per week. Many days between events did not require any work to be done as most of the work is onsite and a few hours leading up to events of correspondence with clients. 

2023 Gross Income

Explanation

2023 was scaled down compared to 2024, but still profitable as the business brought in steady business throughout the year. On my booking calendar I had large blocks unavailable in January, August and December due to prior commitments with family, travel plans and personal holiday events. 

I could have worked the same amount as 2024 but didn’t feel it was necessary as this business is a second income. The cash-in was still very satisfying when clients would pay $500-$700 on a given day.

2024 YTD Income and Remaining

Explanation

2024 has been fruitful and far from over. With half the year complete at $13,787.60 YTD, I plan to get more events booked. I have the calendar open with an exception of August and November due to traveling and prior commitments. 

I am looking to scale the business down a bit to focus on some other passions and business ventures being an entrepreneur.
